Honestly, what is the point? Isn't the whole premise of wearing shorts to be cool when it's warm? Why add tights? It doesn't even look nice, in my opinion.
Add on top of the tights and shorts combo a pair of boots and I'm even more confused. What season are you in?! Shorts are summer, boots are winter/fall, and tights are fall. Are these girls really confused as to the weather?!
Oh, and to wear this combination in the middle of winter in the middle of a snow storm is just so ridiculous. I live in New England and it was snowing today. And I counted three people today in this ensemble. Do they not realize that not only do they not really look good, but that they actually look rather dumb?
