I spotted this lovely spotted ensemble as the featured Diva just recently and died. I absolutely love this outfit and had considered purchasing it from the User Shops. I have no clue who is wearing this, but I know that it was created by none other than Miss Perrie. Ah, how adorable it is! It's so youthful and fun! I love the use of the background to put the wings on the ladybug, although, I think they do look a little odd. I think we will all miss Perrie's designs, but we are all still lucky enough to have her own shop, I suppose. And to the Diva wearing this outfit, I like the choice of hair, however, I'm really not feeeling the makeup, very much. The bleachy blonde hair reminds me of Perrie.
Overall, I find this to be more a reflection of Perrie than a reflection of the actual Diva in the outfit.
